The Footer Social Icons that you see at the bottom right hand corner of every page on this site should direct your site visitors to either a page within your CMS or to that social media webpage as an external link.

These Icons and the actions (where they go) are managed by Super Users in Configurations > Custom Content > "Footer Social Icons"

On this CMS there are three social media icons: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. These would typically send a site visitor to your defined facebook URL, etc. 

I have added my own 4th button that directs you to the "Accessibility Statement"
